Free Shipping:
Free Shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states.

 

FedEx Ground: Brings the glass to your door. They do not unpack the glass top. They come without a delivery appointment. If you are not home to accept delivery, they will leave a delivery attempt notice with a local phone number and a tracking number. FedEx Ground has limitations on the size of your item it will transport, so it is not offered for larger items. Prices listed are for continental(48) states. Please contact us for FedEx Charges in Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Common Carrier: Items that are too large to be handled by fedex ground are shipped via common carrier. They will notify you before delivery. Since this is a curbside delivery you will be responsible to have the necessary help required to unload the shipment. They are not responsible to bring the merchandise into your home.

 

Shipments to Canada

Trucks pickup daily at our warehouse. Shipping charges to Canada will be determined by our logistics department. We will notify you of exact shipping charges within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

 

FedEx Ground: For FedEx items there is 6% general sales tax, approximate 8% province tax, and customs charges listed below. FedEx Ground will collect these charges.

• $20.01 - $40    $8.75
• $40.01 - $75    $18.50
• $75.01 - $100    $23.50
• $100.01 - $200    $28.50
• $200.01 - $350    $39.00

 

Common Carrier: For Common Carrier items there is a 6% general sales tax and an approximate $75 charge to cover customs and local province taxes.

Regardless of your choice of shipping method, all items are expertly packed to ensure safe arrival.

All claims must be made in writing, within 7 days of receipt of order.
